I make sure we have the right people and that we’re all constantly learning, growing and making the most of the opportunities that come our way. For the last 22 years Precedent has grown through reputation and I'm here to make sure we do the same in the months and years to come.

Having overall responsibility for our client delivery, I believe that all the work we do should deliver a tangible benefit to your business.  It’s my job to make sure we stay focused on this and think beyond an initial set of requirements. I also lead and implement our own regional growth strategy, and have pretty strong opinions on anything relating to the web!

I've worked for Precedent for the last 15 years and done just about every job possible! During that time, I’ve learned what it takes to deliver a successful project and I’m proud to have grown our consultancy offering into one of the best strategic communications consultancies in the UK.

I raise awareness of Precedent and build relationships with our potential clients. Over the last 10 years, I’ve been a project manager, consultant and marketer – and it’s this experience that allows me to really understand what our potential clients need. I love the fact that by helping meet client’s communication needs, we are enabling them to be more successful.

Having been involved in the design and development of software, websites, web applications and mobile apps for 15 years, I'm passionate about the user experience online. As the head of the UX and strategy team here at Precedent, I work to make sure we have a thorough understanding of your organisation, business and audience requirements, and that these are reflected in new site structures and designs.

I work to ensure the technical elements of your project are the best possible fit and that they deliver against your business requirements. I assess the functional requirements of every project and work closely with the rest of the team to select the most appropriate technical solution. I oversee the implementation of solutions, ensuring that the delivery is seamless and integrates with any existing set-up. As technical director I am also responsible for defining Precedent's technical offering and operations.

I head up Precedent’s Cardiff office and act as a consultant for website and communications projects. I focus on research, strategy creation and I am passionate about matching the business objectives of our clients with the needs of their audiences. You’ll often find me, and others, talking about subjects that inspire and engage us as part of our regular seminar programme.

I’m responsible for making sure everything runs like clockwork. I’ve been a Senior Project Manager here for over 12 years and have delivered more than 100 major websites and brand projects during that time. I work with a whole range of different organisations – and I’m passionate about delivering projects to scope, budget and timescales.

As Managing Editor I spend my time writing industry reports for the Health, Government, Education and Third sectors, as well as presenting at our own seminars, which often explore benchmarks, and best practise recommendations to help shape digital strategies.

I am responsible for providing a best of breed service to all our Northern clients. This includes ensuring the correct resources, skills and aptitude are applied to each project. Originally from Scotland, I have worked with information technology across a variety of industries for 25 years. I endeavour to deliver projects that help our clients realise a real benefit.

After leaving the UK to run the new Precedent office in Perth, I now concentrate on not only spreading our expertise down under, but also continue to work in my more technical role as a web developer, technical architect and general technical consultant.

I joined Precedent in 2007 as a consultant, and now head up the Cardiff office while working day-to-day as a senior consultant. I focus mainly on the strategy and communications for web projects. I believe content is king and to make sure our clients have the best understanding of this, I run writing for the web training courses and produce publishing processes and content generation guidelines.
