"Seeking enlightenment about NHS services on most trust websites leads to a world of pain."

Precedent's Michael Guida considers the various challenges faced on-line by Acute Trusts, Mental Health Trusts and Primary Care Trusts when trying to communicate with their audiences. He considers the need to limit jargon and make the system notably easier to use.

"The way in which the NHS services are described on public websites is often bewildering, with technical medical terminology and a lack of a standard system combining to make it hard to see what's on offer."
