Precedent is pleased to announce that the Mouchel Consortium (of which it is a key member) was recently successful on all six Lots of Buying Solutions' Software Application Solutions (SAS) framework agreement.

We deliver web solutions and Content Management System development to clients using the framework agreement through Mouchel. There are significant advantages for clients in using this framework agreement - both in terms of reduced costs and time for procurement teams.
