Help internal project teams understand and translate our client's requirements, opportunities and success criteria into digital objectives, strategy and innovative solutions.
- Work closely with the Head of UX & strategy to scope projects,
with specific responsibility for creating a work plan for UX processes designed
to deliver against the client’s needs
Stakeholder Interviews, lead Workshop Strategy, lead Problem-Framing, conduct
Research and Analysis, develop Problem Frameworks, present to Clients and
Internal Teams, support the use of Frameworks by client or internal teams, develop
Strategy Recommendations/Road Maps
Research Objectives and Approach, lead Development of Tools, oversee Research,
lead Development of Documentation, Analysis, and Recommendations
- Work closely
with design to assist in refining processes and practices with regards to user
research, design planning, and usability studies
- Participate in new business pitches and proposals to win new
business and extend existing client relationships
