This broad role involves communicating at a company-wide level working on a variety of different tasks every day, including organising and the general running of the Perth studio and assisting with HR, finance and project administration. 

 

The role

  • Facilitate and support the day-to-day activities of Precedent Perth including office resources, administration, facilities and policies management and interaction with business partners and suppliers worldwide
  • Act as first point of contact for client and third party queries and office visits
  • Organise and undertake administrative activities to support the day-to-day business operations, including supporting the Finance function
  • Arrange and coordinate travel requirements and itineraries for UK and overseas travel
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and events together with associated tasks including lunches, refreshments and minute taking
  • Assist with employee administration including staff inductions and associated documentation.
  • Manage the office health and safety requirements, ensuring that risk assessments and fire drills are carried out to agreed standards
  • Office and facilities management, including procurement of office supplies, stationery, equipment, furniture
  • Assist the project management team with project administration duties and preparation of project documentation

 

What we are looking for

  • You'll be involved in projects from pitch through to delivery, working closely with clients and internal project teams.
  • Working on a variety of core development projects you will help generate ideas and diverse technical solutions, for a variety of website, microsite, intranet, CMS and application projects.

The role

  • Involved in projects from pitch through to delivery, you'll work closely with clients and internal project teams on a variety of web & mobile-web projects.
  • Developing and maintaining websites, microsites, intranets, CMS and bespoke systems and applications.
  • Work alongside the creative design, UX consulting and back end development teams, to help generate creative front-end ideas and diverse technical solutions.
  • Capture technical requirements from clients and team members and test.

What we're looking for

  • Good HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery experience with specific knowledge of mobile-web and responsive.
